• What jobs are being proceeded?

       Regardless of the industry, I can customize your required documents to meet specific needs.

• How long does it take to deliver the documents and what is the right of co-determination?  

 ​

       It depends on the complexity and which facts are to be considered. Processing is usually between 1 and 3 business days; if it is                     more complex, it may take a little more time. 

       Excluded are weekends, holidays, and vacations.

       Of course, I will look closely with you to see how the resume should look visually and in writing. This includes color, font,                                 certificates, diplomas, the applicant tracking system, keywords, etc.

 

• When will I receive my documents?

 

       Once the payment receipt is received by email.

 

• Is the value-added tax charged?

 

       The value-added tax (VAT) and, if applicable, the shipping costs of the country where the service provider has registered its                         activity and issued the service apply. 

 

• Payment options and issuing the invoice:

      Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer. The invoice will be issued by mail, and a copy can also be sent to you by mail with                  the note "This invoice has already been sent by e-mail."​

• What happens if the invoice is not paid?

 

      If you do not pay your invoice within 30 days of receipt, we will refrain from sending you the requested documents until                                 payment is received. This is for my protection.

 

• Return policy, complaints?

       We work closely together, and I provide regular interim deliverables to ensure we are on track. Your satisfaction is my priority,         

       so I will promptly address any change requests or revisions.

 

       So, the final product will be issued according to your imagination.

 

       I reserve all rights; there is no right of return since it is a personalized document.

       Upon delivery, you confirmed your satisfaction and okay by emailing me.

 

       It's also not up to me whether you get hired; it's primarily about getting an interview.​
